Welcome to the workshop. If you're here, you probably want some custom art about something that matters to you. This is wise. You should obey this impulse. Let me help.
The Memory Glimmer
Fast, cheap, and good. Best for: nascent ideas, art for slide decks, intimate little memories, TCG deck tokens, being able show off your original drawing at the drop of a hat. Starts at $20
The Memory Box
Let's give some shape to your life. You talk, I listen, then I draw the image that describes your future. Starts at $250
The Big, Showy Wall Piece
All the color, all the oil paint, all the pomp and circumstance of an original painting that you can put on your wall and feel quietly smug about. Starts at $1000
Memory glimmers
You give me a short prompt, I give you a custom sketch about it.
Digital only: $8
Digital image + original sketch: $20
Prompt: art deco stingray
Prompt: dirty dog
Prompt: today I will get things done.
Prompt: A future where I can just be myself and make the things I love, free from the anxieties and obligations that pull me away or keep me disassociated from the things I love to do.
Memory Boxes
Memory Boxes are about finding your story. You come to me when you want to make sense of something significant in your life and you’re not quite sure how. Your job is to tell me your story, and my job is to find a visual metaphor that represents it. At the end, you'll have an original graphite drawing that represents your life, your hopes, your dreams, and your triumphs.
When you book a Memory Box, we start with a 90 minute, one-on-one Narrative Discovery session. You talk, I listen, and together we find the visual metaphor that represents your life.
Past Memory Boxes: The Glass Prison | Boots And Ghosts | The Vegas Story
"My life is full of clutter, and I'm slowly clearing it out, unblocking my view of the future."
"I feel like I'm trapped in a glass prison that I built, and this year I'm breaking free."
